Egg Noodles
From nothing into something, our home-made egg noodles are completely from scratch. Using Enriched flour, Dublin Star Farm eggs, and a pinch of salt, we spend quality time making them so you can spend quality time enjoying them! *Also available in a whole wheat option.
To Prepare: Bring 4 quarts of water or broth to boil in a pot, add the noodles and cook until tender. Don’t stir very often or you’ll have spätzle! Drain water when finished and add butter if you like. If you’re using broth or stock, let it soak up those juices until you’re satisfied! For a healthier option, use ICBINB instead of real butter.
